We’re off to Wembley!

Here’s to our biggest chance at winning a cup or staying in European competition, we must 1st get through a semi final test against the Premier League leaders, Manchester City. In both league matches, it all ended in thrilling draws: 1st match as a 4-4 goal fest, and then a tough 1-1 draw at the Etihad. If the semi final can come even close to the 1st two matches, the rubber match should be another exciting one.

That was a soul crushing defeat!!!

For 118 minutes of the Carabao Cup final, it was a scoreless affair between Chelsea & Liverpool. Both teams with goals disallowed by VAR, both with shots off the woodwork & some fabulous saves from both keepers. It appeared to be headed to another penalty shootout to determine the winner, but a late corner kick allowed by the Blues gave way to a Virgil Van Dijk header in another defensive set piece lapse, led to a 0-1 extra time defeat to Liverpool. In what was the 1st cup final in almost two years, it resulted as a 6th successive defeat in a Wembley domestic cup final (3 Carabao Cup & 3 FA Cup). This one really hurts, there’s no way around it.

All the effort put into this final by the squad will now have to be quickly forgotten and move forward to the other domestic cup competition in two days - the 5th round of the FA Cup against bitter rival: Leeds United. Let’s put away that pain from yesterday and get on with the next match!

It’s the replay of 4th round in the FA Cup, this time at Villa Park. The last match ended in a goalless draw at Stamford Bridge resulting in this replay. Since then, the Blues have been battered in two PL matches: losing 1-4 to Liverpool & 2-4 to Wolves. As the lads try to work out of this funk, hopefully this match will be the one they round back into form.

We are into the 4th round of the FA Cup, and the Blues have drawn a home match against Premier League rivals, Aston Villa. Last vs Villa was in PL action earlier this season in September that ended in a 0-1 loss at home with a red card handed to Malo Gusto. The blues will be looking advance to the 5th round while looking ahead to another midweek Premier League matchup next week vs Liverpool at Anfield.

Happy New Year Shed End Dallas!

New Year, New Start - it’s FA Cup time and the boys have been drawn a home match vs Preston North End. It’s the 1st time facing The Lilywhites since the 2009-10 FA Cup in the 4th round that year. The Blues have a 9W-1L-D5 all time record in all competitions vs Preston with the only loss in 1981 back when Chelsea was in the 2nd division of the EFL. Let’s get this New Year off to a good start and advance to the next round!

FA Cup time!

It’s the 3rd round of the FA Cup and the boys have a 72 hour turnaround to rematch the PL Champs, Manchester City at the Etihad. After a tough 1-nil loss to the Cityzens, we are once again fighting the injury bug as there may be a youth lineup to fill in for possible key players missing. The lads look promising and hope there is more to come, like goals!

The boys are in another FA Cup final and this time it will be against Liverpool. A rematch made for TV. After going into to penalties for the Carabao Cup final, the boys will look to squash Liverpools quadruple hopes by taking away their second chance at silverware this season. The boys have stepped up when playing Liverpool and will need to do so ago to come away victorious.

Good win midweek, but we fell a little short in making it to the UCL Semifinal. The lads showed a lot of nerve to get ahead in the match and almost made it through. We now look to Wembley where Chelsea FC will face Crystal Palace in the FA Cup Semifinal this Sunday.

The boys are in another Quarterfinal and this time, they head up to North Yorkshire to face Middlesbrough at Riverside Stadium. With all that is going on off the pitch, the lads have kept a steady hand and written their own destinies. This will need to continue if we want another trip to Wembley for a Semifinal match up.

After facing Tottenham midweek and coming away with a 2-nil win, the boys will be flying high and looking to build on the latest win. The boys are in another FA Cup Final and this time they take on Leicester City! The Foxes are currently working to regain their form after a massive loss at the weekend, but they are not to be fooled. They have a great attack and decent back line. This will be a good FA Cup that will require tons of concentration from the boys if they are to lift the FA Cup again.

It's the boys in Fa Cup Action and it's the quarter-finals. Chelsea will be hosting Sheffield United at the Bridge in this do or die match up. With the lads on a good run of form and performing. It will be very import for them to keep up the confidence and put a few goals past Sheffield. This will not be an easy match but the lads should be up to the challenge.

We are back in FA Cup action and this time to head to South Yorkshire to face Championship side Barnsley at Oakwell Stadium. The boys have been heating up the pitch and with recent wins at Tottenham and Sheffield, they will want to continue their winning ways.

It's FA Cup time again and the boys are off to King Power Stadium to face the Foxes in a do or die match up! With the Premier League and the FA Cup being played in quick succession, Chelsea will want to muster up all they can to get an early lead so that they can return to Premier League action a couple of days later with the hammers.

The boys are in the FA Cup final at Wembley so you know its going to be a crazy time down the pub. Go ahead and get there early and let's hope the boys put on a better display than they did at the weekend. With a positive starting lineup, I believe Chelsea will be up to the task of putting a W past United.

It's FA Cup action again. The boys dispatched Newcastle in the last round and will want to finish this match with another win to get to the FA Cup Quarter Finals. Hull City will want to try and knock the boys in blue from their very recent form and take a win back to East Riding!

They will want to continue this push with Arsenal Mid-week and a revived Newcastle side on Saturday to continue their run in the 2 cup competitions.
